Hello,
I spent 5,000 TeamEVGA channel points to become an Elite member. But when I went to the Elite page it said I still wasn't eligible. Can anyone chime in with their experiences with this? Do I have to wait a certain amount of time, or did something go wrong?

You can spend twitch points to become elite? My gosh, that is an option.. I have no clue how that works. Try emailing support@evga.com and let them know, and they may be able to help you out.

You can! Or at least, you're supposed to be able to. It costs 5,000. It's an option of spending inside of the Twitch channel. It took the points away from me, so it did something.

Just edited my post, as I had no idea you could spend twitch points for elite membership. Email support@evga.com and they should be able to help you out.

Hello! I have the same issue. I spent 5,000 points today and nothing happened. My Twitch account has been attached to my EVGA one for a week or so.

Support@evga.com Or call them if you can. Support has been overloaded for quite a while, so give them time to respond.

I can confirm this. EU site does not have the slot to insert the twitch name, in the US site it is just after the slot for twitter account name. I think that option won't work for EU, but please prove me wrong since i already have more than 5000 points

Yeah, I also have 5000 Twitch channel points and would like to redeem them for the Elite Membership but is it even possible for EU people?

Piggybacking on this. Is it case sensitive? When I put my twitch username in my profile, I had it set as konseannery, however it's capitalized on my twitch account. Tried redeeming my points the other day and it's still not showing up as elite. If case matters, I just wasted 5000 points. :(

The Twitch Points info says they take care of it at end of the stream where you redeem the 5,000 channel points, just have to make sure your Twitch Name field is filled out in your EVGA account profile.
