AnsweredTrying to pay collateral for cross shipping RMA

I keep getting an error when I try to submit my payment for the cross shipment collateral. It gives me error 150 and says the transaction was not complete. It's done this for over a week. I contacted my bank, they assured me it's not a problem on their end. I tried to clear cookies and data. I tried using a different browser. Nothing seems to fix the issue. Unless the bank is wrong I can only assume the issue is with EVGA and their website or processing. Is there any way to get around this or has anyone else had experience with this issue?

    Problem solved. Found out that, even though it says they accept Mastercard, they in fact do not at the moment accept Mastercard.
