Trying to RMA in UK

I've begun an RMA procedure but am being told that I cannot RMA as my product was not purchased by myself "privately", but through my business. They're telling me to go through my "Distributor", which is Scan ()... Scan are telling me to go directly to EVGA for an RMA!!
 
A little clarification would help!

    Hello acoote26! I'm not quite sure if there is some miscommunication but I do see that our EU team did reply to your e-mail this morning. In that e-mail we did provide you with a ticket number and instructions for submitting your RMA request. I will send you an e-mail to follow up with you directly so I can help clarify any questions.

    That was the last message I received (where the RMA was approved), but I was getting a rejection on the ticket number on the RMA form and when I queried, is when I received the last correspondence I attached...
