I recently changed my CPU from a ryzen5 2600 to a ryzen7 2700. Before this, my GPU work correctly but now it does'nt. When I turn my PC on, all my fan and my led work, but not my GPU. I have already try to reseat it but nothing was fixed. My GPU is a GTX 1070ti. All the cables are connected too. The fan of my card spin for something like 10 second and stop and i got a black screen with a "no source detected" message on my monitor.

Okay, so did it ever work after you replaced the CPU?

I know you said all cables connected...BUT double check the PCI-E cables and ensure there properly / firmly seated in the PSU.....and Cards.

If it did not work after replacing the CPU, I'd start there.

This doesnt necessarily point to GPU problem...Heavy H asked you if the GPU works prior to changing the CPU and you said it didnt....so you changed the CPU.....thats the LAST think I would suspect as being faulty (there are a few other variables to check prior to changing CPU)...so now youve changed the CPU and it still doesnt work.....I would start at your PSU....then possibly Mobo....
What would be good would be if you could test the GPU in another working System.....if the GPU still doesnt work then fair to say RMA .......you very likely dont have another System to test it in...perhaps a freind or Ma n Pa computer store can test it for you.....
....or if you have an older GPU, try putting that in your System to see if everything works...if it does, then yes it points to a faulty GPU .....

I change my CPU because on my mobo, I have the "ez debug led" and it said that my cpu did not work anymore. I will check to test my GPU in another system

Perfect...if you have that option would be your best bet......if the GPU doesnt work in another system (proven working system)....then RMA the GPU....

Make sure your bios is up to date, and try clearing the cmos.

If the GPU works in another system and youve replaced CPU:
    - As Sajin pointed out no OC's on the present CPU..clear CMOS (if it still doesnt work)
    - 100% sure you have a good PSU (if yes)
    - then its likely your Mobo (barring that you have double checked ALL connections)
