I gave a mailing address and a billing address. These are two separate addresses. Every time I try to make my purchase it says that a PO box is detected. That is my billing address not my mailing address. I don't know how to rectify that.

    Are you using Paypal?  I have encountered that error when using Paypal again, had to add a new shipping address to Paypal to fix it for some reason.
    For regular CC purchases, having a PO Box billing & regular mailing address should work just fine - I would contact support via Phone in the morning & see if they can resolve the issue for you, that should not be happening if you're just using a regular credit card.

    We are obligated to follow Paypal's Terms of Use/Service, which requires companies to use the shipping address on file with Paypal, regardless of what you have on your profile.  If you have a P.O. Box setup as your shipping address in Paypal, then you'll need to first change the address in Paypal to make the purchase.  
     
    As Dabadger84 noted, if you're not using Paypal, then you'll need to contact Customer Service to assist you.
