Hello, I just got the new Z97 Classified motherboard and the Intel 4790K, I have two exclamation on Device Manager, one for the PCI Simple Communication Controller and the other High Definition Audio Bus. I install all the driver on the disk was send by EVGA box. Uninstall it and reinstall several times trying to make it work, had no luck with it. Is it possible is a motherboard issue or software issue? I was considering RMA but not sure if that could solve the problem, and also did the upgrade on the bios. Is it possible it could be on the bios setting? Just asking for help.

Update through the EVGA website or appropriate manufacturer (as in Intel, not meaning EVGA :-)

The disk may not contain absolutely all drivers necessary.

The correct drivers are on the disc. I installed all of the hardware drivers and have no problem. Your device manager/audio should have SB 3D Recon and if you are using an Nvidia display card you will also have HD audio. I use the Soundblaster onboard audio, it is a great audio chip for surround sound, then disable the HD Audio in device manager. Do not uninstall it cause everytime you do then rebbot the pc it will reinstall it cause it is built in to the display card. As far as the PCI Controller, that driver is on the disk and should work, if not just do an update on the Intel site. No reason to RMA your board, it is just a driver issue, not hardware.

Thank fellows for the input. Sorry for the delay in looking your respond, was out of town. I did disable the  HD Audio, that went find. But I can't get the driver for the PCI Controller to update the driver, I try all methods and had no luck. Any ideas or subjection's? Thank again.
Just got it fix by uninstalling all the drivers and reinstall all of them. Thanks again.

The PCI Controller driver needed is the Intel Management Engine driver, or the Intel ME driver, as listed on the site:

    http://cdn.evga.com/driver/Z97/5-15-2014/ME/SetupME.exe

    6012mhz on L/N2
    5321mhz on L/N2
    5091mhz on air
