I meant to ask this last month. I have a registered EVGA gtx 1050ti that I purchased in October. I donated it for the 2017 TZC and sent it to theclassic. Can that card/warranty be transferred to him? If so, what steps should be taken?
Thank you

*edit, I posted this here because it was folding related TZC and went to a fellow folder

You can unregister it from your name.
The new owner can register it in their own name and do a guest RMA.
The warranty will be for 3 years from the date it left EVGA hands.

The warranty automatically transfers under guest RMA. Any extended warranty will not transfer, jus the original 3 years

Awesome, Thank you both. When I looked at the my products pages I saw this and what I enlarged below through me off.
Just wanting to be sure theclassic would be covered
"Unregistering your product will remove the product from your 'My Products' page and it will not be possible to register that serial number again.  You may do this after a Step-Up, Warranty or if you no longer own the product.  EVGA Staff can always see products you have unregistered in case there are any issues or questions."

Yeah, even when you delete the product or unregistered it, it still shows that it was previously registered to another user, so they can not take advantage of the full warranty as in extended warranties and such.

Guest RMA has all the same perks but no extension or advanced RMA option.

I've always seen it happen like this:

the new owner registers the product, then the previous owner deletes their registration

There is no registration transfer process. It's registered to the original owner. Any other owner goes through guest RMA which tracks warranty by ship date from EVGA warehouse. Original owner could submit RMA for new owner and ship replacement card to new owner if an extended warranty was purchased.
