The picture explains it better. Basically, I am playing Witcher 2 in 2160p on my 4k monitor and I have a second monitor setup with EVGA Prescision X and GPU-Z running. I've been trying to watch temps and I was playing with a custom fan profile. It looks like setting the fan at 80% will keep the card at 71C. I noticed that my GPU clock is running at 1316mhz and sometimes will even spike up to 1328mhz. I thought the SC card is only supposed to run at 1216mhz max? I haven't done any tweaking except the fan profile. Is my card overclocking itself?

Nvidia gpu boost say your card can do better than stock specifications, so like hot pocket said, gpu boost 2.0 is giving your card a push :-) this is normal.

Wait, I thought the Titan X was $999 because it was dual gpu??! Did I just blow $999 on a SINGLE CORE graphics card when I could have got two 980s!??????

In his defense, if i were a regular guy that didnt know why/how, i would drop $1k on a graphics card just so i know it would work and wouldnt have to worry about anhything, that whole "peace of mind", if you know what i mean.
