Hi all,

I have just rebuilt my old system due to relocating countries. The components are as foloows:

Rampage V Edition 10
i7-5960X OC'd 4.5Ghz w/i H110i cooler
32GB Corsair Dom RAM
3 x Titan X SC GFX
Samsung 950 Pro SSD
AX1500i PSU

I just added 3 x LG 32GK850G 2560x1440 monitors at 144mhz to run in surround for iRacing

My problem is this. I have extremely low FPS at all times. In iRacing it's mainly at 90fps or less, under 50 on some tracks. When I run Valley or GFXBench the fps is very poor also (as low as 15fps on Valley) and when I run anything, benchmarks or games, the cards max out 1315Mhz and 98%+ usage still with poor fps.
i have attempted:
-Run single monitor: same result
-Uninstall drivers with DDU: same result
-Uninstalled MSI Afterburner and Precision X: same result
-removed and reseated GFX cards
-Run benchmarks on 1920x1080: same result
-Checked for viruses

Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated

Hello madmuhammad! Have you tested with and without SLI enabled? Some research into that game shows that it may not be optimized very well for SLI configurations, especially a 3-way configuration. Also, have you been able to test with your CPU overclock disabled?

Check and see if your cpu is overheating. Have you optimized your games with geforce experience?

Hey Adam. So I've come to the conclusion the Nvidia Surround is the issue, Without Surround all 3 cards idle at 135Mhz GPU clock and 405Mhz mem clock. With Surround enabled the 'idle' at 912 & 3304. I had this configuration running 3 x Sony 50" LCD's at 1920x1080 in SLI with no issues but upgrading to 2560x1440 monitors causes this. I thought with the 3 Titans this looks a little strange? Do you have any idea why this may be? Oh, and I'm running all monitors on separate cards with Display Port now but I did try them on the one card with no difference
I haven't tested without SLI as yet. I will try that shortly. (sorry, I've been very busy)

CPU running at 36C at idle and not breaking 60C under load in the game. iRacing doesnt come up in the list for optimisation

Make sure the slow mode switch on the motherboard isn't set to on.

Might be time to try a fresh install of windows on a separate drive.

No problem.

Do each of your cards show to be running at the above bus interface speed or higher when running valley benchmark?

Ok. Back into SLI and all 3 GPU's read either x16 3.0 or x8 3.0

Still no change my man.

I've included a screenshot of what Precison XOC reads from desktop to iRacing. That isn't playing the games, just loaded track and ready to race. Maxing cards out like crazy

Very strange. Not sure what the issue is. Was there a reason you were running driver 388.13 vs the latest driver?

my only reason for running 388 was that it was the last driver I ran before dismantling my system and moving to Thailand.

This morning I've done a clean install of Win10, removed 2 GPU's and I'm running 1 monitor. Lets see how it goes step by step

That's something I haven"t done as yet. Wouldn't that effect my OC though? I've bounced back and forth between stock and 4.6 no probs

Yep, but certain pins will only affect certain things.

ok gotcha. I'm gonna run some stuff single GPU and monitor and work up from there. If all else fails I'll start looking for physical damage

No bent pins bro. I pulled cpu, ram, gpus and checked all. Reinstalled with new drivers and still same bs

EVGA saying maybe voltage prob so change PSU, I'm not convinced. I'm beat

So I checked output of PSU with multimeter and all is fine so its nlt a power issue, I've done a full SSD wipe and fresh install. It looks as though the high idle speeds are just a surround issue as it has low to 0 gpu usage when on the desktop. I"m getting ok FPS with heaven but a lot of stutter. My CPU can't be bottle necked so maybe its just a characteristic of these monitors
I think I'm just gonna get a couple RTX 2080 ti's and be done with it man.

What is your suggestion for a 2080? I'm thinking EVGA 2080 ti FTW3. Would love to hear your thoughts
