Hi, my 3090 FTW3 needs to be RMA'd due to becoming faulty, I know I need a ticket number from tech support to initiate the RMA, but I cannot get it when I haven't had any contact back from support in regard to the ticket, and it has been 5 business days.
This GPU is my mainly driver not only for gaming but for work too and I need a cross ship RMA to be done as soon as possible. How can I get an answer from support?
