So I just received my 1080Ti FE, got it installed, and it is just WONDERFUL! Eats through my blender frames like there is no tomorrow.
 
However, while rendering I decided to look at the packaging and found a poster, I opened it, and there was this movie poster inspired design with a depressed robot who looks like he is about to off himself and advertising...really? Advertising to me after I bought a $800 card?
 
NO. I couldn't stand it, I feel that the poster could have better represented the company with dedications to the scientists, engineers, and programmers who bring these wonderful products we enjoy to life. As follows. (I had to resize it because of upload restrictions but the white words at the bottom just say to try to use the black space for dedications.)

    Evga made their logo, and the silicon pic was one I found on google images. I just put it together to convey the image in my head.

    Well, if that's the worst of what you have to worry about then you are in good shape man!!  :P  I feel your pain with the upload restrictions though.... that's a ongoing complaint for years now.

    LOL yeah, the GPUs have come with a huge poster for years now. I always scratch my head at the designs they come up with....

    I have never liked anything from posters to t-shirts from EVGA because they are generally to "gamery". Never once did I feel like, "This shirt/poster is awesome, I'm going to wear/display it." I'm probably one of many who feel the same way. Only shirt I ever liked that I bought was just a simple blackshirt with simple logo on the left and at the top on the back.

    If you want people to like your shirts and posters. KISS method. We don't want stupid robots, guns, or anything else absurd. You're a tech company, not a gaming company, keep it tech related.

    The simple fact is EVGA is a tech company. The next simple fact is that GeForce represents a gamer's video card. Don't want gamer's swag? Buy a Quadro. :-D

    Memorabilia/swag won't appeal to everyone but not one thing truly appeals to everyone.

    I have a few shirts and posters that where promotional and it's an industry wide problem. About the best logo I have seen is the Microsoft Word icon with an up arrow next to it.
     
    Really the best is the Xbox Live Ninja Unicorn team logo. Something about having a cat ninja riding a fire breathing unicorn that I like. I have it on a coffee mug that the team gave me as a gift. Also the team gets paychecks that say Ninja Unicorn on it as the department at Microsoft which is awesome.

    Wouldn't mind getting my hand on a bunch of quadros, I'd be able to start building my render farm I want! However my machine has to do, well, everything so 1080ti it was.
