So, I bought your NU Pro card for my Nostromo build serries because you were having a rebate, paid $330 for it on Newegg. Filled out the forum, cut out the UPC on the box, and mailed it in. You set on it for 3 months, and then sent me a letter saying I get no rebate because it was past the rebate date. https://youtu.be/zpOzQIGUqgw Congrats, I no longer build with anything EVGA.

Just to chime in, we're very accommodating with rebate issues, and can resolve many of them so customers get their rebates. We just need to know there's a problem so we can address it. Congrats, I no longer build with anything EVGA.
Whoa. Over a rebate that was probably not even handled by EVGA, cause most manufacturers do not handle their own rebates. Did you even bother to contact their support team, or did you jump the gun and become a Karen and break out in fits of rage, posting your dissatisfaction online, rather than being a rational human being? And look here, the good guys at EVGA even reaching out to help you, after all that. Time to grow up, guys.

I would like to build the last PC with EVGA Hardware.
I mean last E-ATX PC in a tower case. I'm not sure several years more will be enough for me to use LIAN LI PC-O11 WXC.
Think I will be sad to switch for a smaller size of PC several years after DDR5.

It's always best to reach out first with any company and a rebate issue. They provide tracking numbers so they can tell you what went wrong and help fix the issue. So far I haven't had a single issue with any rebate I have ever sent in not getting me the money since I keep up with what rebates I am expecting and document what I sent in. I have had to contact places but normally over a short phone call or email everything is solved.

It was, in fact, EVGA and EVGA rebate that pulled this little maneuver.

Sorry for the issue you're having with your rebate if you send us the email to with your rebate tracking ID and confirm your address. So we can resolve your issue.
Okay, sent. However, that is the same email that basically said SOL, so I'm guessing this helpful display on the forums is nothing more than smoke and mirror PR.
