lol true. Once my furlough ends I'll resume life exactly as I did before. Never used hand sanitiser before, almost never got sick before. My co workers averaged getting seriously sick every 6 months and were sanitizer nuts, I would only get seriously sick every 3 years. * * - My definition of "serious" is you're bedridden for a few days and have to take time off work.

Only thing that is a certainty is it is going to be a crazy rest of the year. If you take the average of new cases for the last six days, then Texas is at an all-time record high for new covid19 cases. Even the people running Texas will probably be forced to reimplement at least some restrictions at this rate.
 Have water, will cool.

Looks like i'm late to this thread   I cut off the alcohol and got rid of it all from the house over a month ago. It's pretty easy to fall into a rut, stay at home, eat comfort foods and play games on the PC. I went from going to the gym a few times a week to absolutely no physical activity for months, not even walking from my car to my office building since I work from home now and have been since February. Started back up on the bike trails near my house, I did 34 miles on my last trip 3 days ago... my legs were jelly. My wife switched our diet up a few weeks ago... Her fertility doctor gave her... now us a strict keto diet and I feel like some days I get 20 carbs max, I hate it!  but I do feel like it's working  messed it up the other day when I caved and ate a dang pint of ice cream

Awesome story! Don't worry, hold on for a few weeks and the sugar craving will completely go away. The first two weeks it felt like I had a fever or something and was shaking. But now it's all calm, chill and no cravings anymore. It's nice to feel how big and baggy your shirts feel and how even on the tighest notch your jeans are still slipping down, looking forward to buying more fitting clothes. Also, you can get keto versions of cookies and ice-cream and they are perfectly macro for keto, they really fix the itch without throwing you out of ketosis.
