The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe was originally announced at The Game Awards 2018, with a planned 2019 release date. Eventually, the game was delayed to 2020, but then the pandemic happened, causing delays across the entire games industry and The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe was no exception.
 
In its latest video, Galactic Café says that The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe will now be coming out in ‘early 2022’ and this time around, the game even has a Steam page, indicating that this release window might stick. If it does get delayed again, then we should still see the game finally come out some time next year. The Stanley Parable writer and designer, Davey Wreden, also added that the game is now “content complete” and ready for launch on PC and consoles early next year. He also added that Ultra Deluxe script is longer than the script for the original game, so we can expect a lot of new content, endings and secrets to discover along the way.
 
Hopefully 2022 will be the release timeline.
