The NVVDD white Led on the KINGPIN card is not as bright as the others

    Yes it's normal, I've had 3 Kingpin 2080 ti, they have all been that way. Once you really OC them or increase voltage in classy tool they all look the same.  If you do a high end benchmark in 3D mark or something you can probably see it brighten up as more voltage is required during parts of the benchmark.
