I do love the Affiliate and Associate programs, though wonder if there might be an easier way to do it, given there are Affiliate, Associate, and elite referral programs each with their own codes (not that elite referral currently offers much)

The Associate program is the newest program, although it's a few years old now. The Rewards program (previously named Affiliated program) was going to be phased out soon after the Associate program started, but it's still going, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯  ...the Elite referral thing doesn't really do much, not even sure why they have it anymore since there are much much bigger drivers to become an Elite member these days.

I get about 3 out of 10 denials due to not uploading invoice.

I just had another denied... 69% denied now for the last month. I always PM thanks to people who use my product registration code, and remind them to upload their invoice if they haven't already. A lot of those PMs lately have never been read - I guess it's mostly new people who got elite status, got their gear, registered their product, and have never returned to the forums since. I was afraid that might happen.. hopefully a few stick around to contribute to the community.
 
*edit - a couple more just got approved - down to 56% now. :)
