This is my first post (and possibly the only one). I just want to express gratitude towards EVGA customer service and RMA department.
My GTX 580 failed recently, and I found out that the card has a life-time warranty. Initially, I thought the life-time warranty is just a marketing strategy, and the chances of replacing an 8-year-old card would be slim. I contacted the customer service nonetheless.
Right now, there is a GTX 1060 in my tower, and I could not be thankful enough. The entire RMA process was smooth, and the representatives were extremely helpful (review already given!).
