Rofl i started this thread as a sorta joke. To piss everyone off. Get people to argue and get frustrated so I wasn’t alone In feelings. Truth is I knew I wasn’t getting in the queue at a decent time. although the logging me out at the email/ name entering portion of the auto notify at only 1 minute into being live was a major kick to the balls.... major.... like the steel toe boots kind, It’s already happened to me every. Single. Time. I try so it’s really my fault anyways for being stupid enough to think I was gonna be able to get past the “site is at full capacity”. im Just gonna list my 2x 2080 ti for stupid prices to fund buying a card at scalped prices. And yes it will probably still be evga ( ya you win I guess ) Sucks but it is what it is. Hope you enjoy your cards... I’ve got a 20% of evga elite coupon if anyone wants it

Just wait til the 4080 series next year when 100,000 more people are Elite members. I think we need an EliteElite queue next Also not letting us old Elite members 'spin the wheel' is kind of messed up. There are people in discord, gaming the 100 post system to get multiple spins. They should just remove the 100 post requirement and twitch 5000 channel point requirement. Too easy IMO.

i totally agree. i might be a newer member buts casue i never really bought evga direct.. when i learned they rewarded ppl that were customers i said heck yeah and joined in hopes to see loyalty pau off.. to ssay the least it has been highly disappointing.

Getting logged out really sucks, learned my lesson with that on the 3080ti queue. What was even more deflating was learning that people got on the notify list despite getting errors, sadly I was not as lucky in that regard. I'd sure like to be rewarded for buying that GT770 back in the day lol, but we all know that will never happen.

You must understand there are probably millions of Evga customers and Evga created perhaps bazillion of hardware items. Now many of them learned about Elite option possibility. The traffic must be massive, because cards are overpriced and even people from rich regions such as Germany buy directly from Evga despite having retail availability.

right there with you 2 850 psu g5 and g3 and 240 clc and 280 clc.. to say the least. i dont think i will continue the trend. the rbg software is a joke already and getting a gpu has become one as well. much better odds getting a card from a scalper for a decent price than the que

.mOre Gpu's for me. Elite doesnt guarantee you anything. I'm thankful that EVGA's effort is far better than any other Nvidia AIB partner. Have you tried Zotac's queue system? As an IT server and system builder I've bought over $12,000.00 in gpu's from zotac in the last 5 yrs. And yet I have failed to register for their queue system everytime its came up. Do I feel entitled to go to the front of the line because Ive spent thousands of dollars on their products ? NOPE .

Every GPU of mine since my 760 GS's were EVGA.
It's very quickly becoming looking like team red at this point, at least there I can get a card.

EVGA like is fully aware their sites can't handle the capacity when it's for products this high in demand but if you think it's reasonable for them to spend a bunch of money to revamp their infrastructure to handle events which are relatively rare, you're being unreasonable. Nobody is going to do that. Anyway we're talking about getting in a queue for computer parts, not a life-saving medical procedure. Calling it "disgusting" as if someone from EVGA personally targeted you and logged you out is way over the top. One thing EVGA can and should do is remove the 100-posts-for-elite-status nonsense. I don't know what the requirements should be but the notion people can join the forum, post a bunch of crap quickly and become a member when others here have actually been loyal to EVGA products over the years and registered them to prove it is silly. May as well make everyone "elite" or nobody at all.

This 100 times over The Elite should be based upon time registered and products registered Tiered system so wave 1, 2 3 ect can go Once a sku has been ordered, you are still in queue for other products but you are put at the end of the line at that point. Allowing other users a chance to get products of a different sku. At the moment we are all shotgunning it but you can buy multiple cards due to different skus.

in other words evga knows their system doesnt work but its the best they can do to compete against scalpers.. at this point im sure most of you make enough money that lookin for a card is quickly out weighing our time cost. just pay a scalper and be happy. evga dont care haha

The bots had a way to bypass the queue. I am doing pretty well with evga tbh. I just received my 3070ti ftw from last week, got a friend a 3060 and I got in at 9:06 am today for an xc3 3070ti. All in all, I am happy with how EVGA is handling it.

Its more the fact that i got the notify working but after entering name and email address the captcha failed ( this was 1 minute into the queue going live) and then it logged me out. i tried for 2.5 hours to get back in. that is wrong regardless of elite status or not. dont even get me started on the 100 posts things. im willing to bet 70% of the people in queue ahead of me spammed 100 posts. money is money to them i guess. regardless of who gets in queue they are getting paid so who cares...

well, I tried at the opening bell, and couldn't get on without errors until 3 hours later! I'm also tired of all the people crushing the site posting anything just to get 100 posts ! Evga should not allow that , in my opinion. At least I'm still in line to get the 1070ti ftw in a month or two , hopefully ...
