Anyone remember the psychic thriller fps game System Shock & System Shock 2?

There are not many games out there that would give me a nightmare but this one... that creepy thing in that video it's screeching sound..

    Nostalgia does not equate to quality in a sequel. So many other sequels have taught us at least that much.

    Hmm that does not always have to be true to be honest, some sequels did get things done right to what their first releases were lacking ;)
    I will always prefer Descent2 over Descent 1 even I love both games a lot, even Descent 3 has it's charms, same as System Shock 2 had over System Shock 1, but agree the first game of it's kind always has given the greatest impressions.

    Yet since it's been a long time we had a System Shock game, I think people of this new generation will have a very scary ride with this new installment, I try never to judge a book by it's cover same goes for new games I never tried

    Dammn shame all dev know how to do is repeat crap game after game, gaming is a waste of time and money

    Some sequels have proven to be quite better than their first releases Borderlands 2 was a good examlpe as was DOOM 2016 compared to other DOOM games.
    Descent 2 was also better than Descent 1 same for Red Alert2 over Red Alert1.

    But hey, I am willing to give System Shock 3 a go, so far it looks promising
