Been having an issue with random computer freezing. This tends to happen randomly, whether I'm gaming or the computer is sitting at idle. I created a thread here to give you guys a little more background:

I'm starting to suspect the PSU but wondering what you guys think. Below is a video showing the voltage changes, the high being 12.125 to the lowest 11.978 on occasion.

    Hello,

sadly it looks like your 850 G2 is having trouble with stability.

At this time I have started an RMA ticket on your power supply.

To submit your RMA please use the EVGA RMA link listed below

    http://www.evga.com/support/rma.asp

Once the RMA is approved you will receive an RMA approval email with all relative information for completing the process.

Thank you MDecker! Your guys' prompt customer service is much appreciated.

On another note, my P67 FTW MB is running A118 bios version, would you recommend I update to the latest?

You are running the oldest BIOS version for the motherboard. It has been updated 5 times since. I do highly recommend updating the BIOS HERE but still move forward with the RMA for the PSU.

If you have a moment, please rate my service. We appreciate the feedback!
