Hello I recently built a new pc , MY problem is that I cannot get windows to go into sleep or shut down , it just restarts by it self. I have all the windows setting correct went nuts trying all different settings . A few people on reddit suggested it might be the power supply. I doubt it but has anyone seen this before and know any ways to troubleshoot power supply for this? Thank you

    Windows 10 ?
     
    Fast startup mode in W10 can cause issues with new PC builds & when changing drivers ... the W10 kernel is saved .. not a clean restart
     
    try holding the "shift key" down, when you select "shut down" (from the power menu) - continue to hold the shift key till the PC powers off
     
    this forces a full shutdown & not the typical W10 hibernate
