Stuttering Issue

Hello,
I am very disappointed, EVGA Precision X1 = STUTTERING in game ( G-Sync screen).
my new 2080 Ti  FTW3 is unusable because I have only the choice between stuttering or lot of noise with MSI Afterburner that does not handle three fan (but without any stuttering ).
It's incredible, 1500€ and my graphics card is good to throw !

Double bios are useless, none are silent ! and X1 is bêta. First and last evga for me if the problem persists !

    Yeah I noticed the stuttering with version 0.3.6.
     
    *and* now my card is stuck in 3-red-LED-fans-full-blast-mode because the LED firmware update "failed"
