Does EVGA honor StockX Purchase if I need to warranty the card?
 
I know buying from them is a rip off because they are overpriced but I am wondering

StockX is tricky.  You can't contact the seller, StockX can't either.  It's completely anonymous.  And you can't send it back if there are problems. No way of getting a refund.  I do not recommend buying gpu/cpu from StockX.
I bought a CPU from them and asked for the free game code, they gave me 3 canned responses on how they cannot contact the sellers.   
 
But to answer your question, yes as long as you can register the serial and have proof of purchase invoice, you should be golden.
