I'm using a H370 Stinger for a i9-9900, and while it's working well, there's one area that would make a big improvement... a better VRM heatsink that attaches with screws, like the Z370/Z390 boards. I wouldn't expect one as large as the Z boards (since big VRMs are for overclocking), but a more secure heatsink that doesn't attach with plastic pushpins would be more fitting for the market segment of the H boards (you aren't OCing but aren't buying the cheapest low-end board either).
