I pre-ordered the Elite GTX1080ti within 10 minutes of it being available for pre-order! My profile said dispatch on May 22nd and my order status has not changed. No payment taken, no updates, nothing. I see people on Twitter posting pics of their received Elite cards. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. Hardly an 'elite' experience.

    EVGA customer service in the UK is going downhill. Guess they are a US company with a focus on US customers.

    Evga acknowledged that the card should be shipping May 29th for UK. I think there is an error they are trying to correct.

    Thanks! Please can you advise what the error is? I appreciate that the UK dispatch of these cards may be later than those in the US. My issue is the fact that this was not reflected on the pre-order page of my profile, where the dispatch date was showing as 22nd May. Maybe your system uses the same dispatch date for EU and US customers, even though the EU (UK) date is incorrect.

    Same here....Ordered my card in the EU shop and my order status is still "waiting to process"  and the customer guy told me, that they try to ship at the end of the week. Not the way I like it, when i give a company 900€ before the cards are available and they don't communicate with us.

    Just for everyone's info tomorrow is a national holiday for at least two countries, Germany and The Netherlands so nothing will be happening on that day.

    OK for the Elite cards it is looking more like next week (for the EU) so please wait until that time.

    I agree. I doubt i will ever pre-order from EVGA again in the future. Until this point i have never had an issue with EVGA customer service. Maybe they can give us a freebie as a little good will gesture ;-)

    If you look at how many people ask for a freebie because of an estimate, you'll see that it doesnt happen often.

    Sorry that you feel that way but remember that many times delays are not caused by EVGA directly but many times by customs inspections and shipping delays when trying to get the items into Europe.

    I ordered mine only last week (after a few days of broken store lol) But after some excellent customer service about said broken store, I ordered and waited patiently for the estimated day to arrive. It did and my status never changed :(
    so instead of whining I came to the forums and read.
     
    I saw that someone had contacted customer service and that they had advised the estimated dispatch is next Monday (29th).
    Content with this info I feverishly refresh my page waiting for the dispatch, but am in no way expecting it earlier than the 29th.
    Granted my page shows date of the 22nd but also says the key word "Estimated" and then not on the desktop page but only the mobile page.
     
    I think I can wait a little bit longer......

    I understand your frustration completely but just wait a bit longer. I'm trying my best to post any info I can find/obtain into this thread for all to see.

    The 29th May came and went. Still no update on the dispatch of the FTW3. Terrible communication by EVGA providing any form of update. Pre-order an EVGA card and you have no idea when it will arrive.

    Just tried to telephone EVGA Europe using the UK telephone number, and guess what, i got the automated telephone number saying EVGA Europe are closed as they are on holiday! This is getting me rather angry now to be honest! Time to contact one of the EVGA Directors! What a complete and utter farce

    You will get the number when the transport company scans the package at their hub.
    My experience is that it takes a few hours.

    At least it seems they are shipping them...
    Im still waiting for my order to change to shipped. Money has left my account on May 11th....Lets see when the GPU leave theyr storehouse!!!
    Just a little annoyed because my older GPU had some problems and had to send it to RMA in retail store where i usually buy my components.
    First time buying directly from EVGA store.....Oh well!!!! No PC for me until they remember to ship the damn thing!!!

    My card has shipped today from Amsterdam to Germany (i thought the storehouse is in Germany but anyway...).
    The crazy DPD driver managed it to do the 700km trip in 5h ;D. Now its about 20km away...hopefully get it tomorrow.
