If it's a Visa or MC debit card, it should work just like a regular CC. Could be that there is a transaction limit on your card that you need to pre-authorize through your bank.

I ended up having to do a direct transfer via PayPal. You need to setup a PayPal link to your bank account to make direct payments from your account to EVGA.

Had a similar issue. If you contact them and tell them about the issue you're having they will take note of it so it doesn't affect your 14-day window to make a payment.

So far my experience with EVGA and the step up has been positive, even when things seemed to be getting difficult they were helpful.

My card was received by them today so fingers crossed it continues to be positive!

   When I first signed on for the StepUp program I read so many negative comments it seemed as though EVGA was failing to do its best. After being in the program for as long as I have (10/2/2020 Step 1) I have found that EVGA is very dedicated to ensuring its customer experience. Maybe it's because I'm almost 50 and have gained patience but I highly doubt it lol. Thanks, EVGA!
