Stepup Status now shows no Stepup order?

I just looked under the "Service" tab / Order History, and my Step-up shows zero.
 
I'm a bit concerned as shouldn't this show something other than a zero if I have applied for a step-up card?

    Hello dc8flyer,
     
    I can confirm that your Step Up is active. You can view the status by going to Member and My Products and View Details under the serial number you submitted the request on.
