Step-Up in Europe seems stall, what to do when moving countries?

Step-Up initiated back on October 23rd. No movement from initial step. But I'm from Europe. Not sure if EVGA sells to EU countries any more?
I'm also moving from Germany (due to strict lockdowns) and interested if we can update our location when Step-Up takes 3 months to even start?

    I’d assume as long as you are staying in Europe, you should be fine.
    Just update your address on your account when you move.

    Some of those who registered on Sept. 19th  in the EU haven't even gotten their cards yet so Oct. 23rd is a looooooooooooooong waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to go
