Hello! I'm glad to announce that I've been approved for my 3090 FTW3 Ultra step up! Just a question regarding delivery though. Since the GPU is very expensive and I might not be available to accept a signed delivery, would it be possible to arrange the package to be held at a local UPS store so that I may pick it up on my free time?

    sign up for a UPS account with the address it's being delivered to and you can request they hold it for pickup

    Thanks for the reply! Considering the price for shipping that I paid was $25 (UPS Next Day Air) is that for shipping the card to them as well as having the new card shipped to me? Or do I have to pay to ship it to EVGA separately as well?

    that I do not know my friend. I was under the assumption you just pay to ship it to EVGA and they handle return shipping. But maybe an EVGA rep can clarify.

    I will say that my Step Up shipped out yesterday via UPS Ground and EVGA has it marked as only deliverable to the address given aka I could not re-route it to my preferred UPS Access Point. You might want to  give them a call to discuss if they can make an exception if you feel like you cannot accept the package at the address you gave.

    EVGA has often had UPS delivery set to where it can not be changed, even using the UPS app. You can try to have UPS hold it at a store, or you could talk to the driver to see if they can work with you.

    I do not know for sure. My UPS Tracking doesn't show that it requires a signature and even has my UPS MyChoice leave at Front Door customization. Though also I did choose UPS Ground versus any of the expedited options so it might be different from you. I'll update once UPS attempts delivery it's not supposed to arrive until after 3PM PST.

    UPS just delivered and even though other people were home they just left it on my front porch.
