Step-Up Program receipt upload

I put in a request for Step-Up and I am in queue but I noticed that there is a line stating next step: upload invoice.

I have been uploading the receipt but that message for next step hasn't changed.

How do I resolve this or should I sit tight and wait.

    Welcome to the forums.  I looked into your account and I do not see the invoice as being uploaded. Please make sure the file format is a jpg/pdf/xps/doc/zip file.  If you still have the issue you can send the invoice file to "support@evga.com" or you can call us as we are available 24/7 if you need to speak with us directly 888-881-3842

    Go to the top of the page, click the support tab, in the support drop down, click invoice upload. Find the serial number for your card, and upload your original invoice to it.

    Hey, Just wondering myself. I uploaded my invoice and it shows that it has been uploaded on the step up screen. However I never got an email telling me that my invoice had been verified and never got a RMAID#. Can you guys verify that you guys got my invoice??? Im sure trying to get a 1080ti is going to take me a bit to get it but I would at least like to know where I am currently.
