Hi, so I bought a GPU recently with plans to use the card to enter into the step up program for a 30 series card.  After registering the product I saw the GPU wasn't eligible for step up because it needs to be a 3 year warranty product and my card is 2 year.

If I buy an extended warranty will my card be eligible then?

I believe (and I maybe wrong on this) that the SKU/model number of the GPU needs to end in -KR for it to be eligible for Step-up, as well as having to come from an EVGA Authorized Retailer.

    Hello

2 year warranty cards will be LR cards and do not qualify for extended warranty or step up unfortunately.
