I just shipped my card the other day but I don’t think it’s going to make it within the fourteen day window. Does anyone know what this means for my step up? And if anyone from support is reading this my RMA number is 5221210111367753.

    As long as it shipped before the 14 day, and is post marked, you should be ok.

    You can contact support and send them tracking just so they are aware that it is headed their way.
