Am I correct that Watch Dogs Legions bundle isn't included if you use step up program? I am sure this is mentioned somewhere and I am not looking hard enough so I apologize for being ignorant.

    No. You can’t combine offers. Step up is an offer, nothing gets bundled with it.

    Yep, at least on EVGA's site (could be others, but not all resellers).  Go to their products page and you'll see the promo for it.

    Yes, The RTX 3080 comes with Watchdogs 3, and it is an NVidia promotion, so all of the cards should come with the promotion, as long as they are purchased through an authorized retailer or etailer.
