They wont until after they inspect the card.  It worried me too that something had gone wrong with my card.  I know I shipped it as instructed and that my card when it left me was in excellent condition.  But give them another day to get through the cards.  Main thing is that the shipping company you used scanned the box as delivered.  Usually it take a couple of days once they get the card to get it back out. I believe the turn around time normally is 2-3 days including the day that they receive it.  Sometimes people get luck and get their new card sent back out the same day, but it's all a matter if they were able to review your card the same day they got it in and if the shipping department was able to get it out in time for pick up.  
 
Your wait is almost over.   Don't forget to consider the extended warranty on your new card if you didn't have one already.  

Once the card is received it has to be processed in. Once it is processed in, it will be marked as received by EVGA.
