Wondering if anyone from EVGA might be able to answer. If the card is received a few days after the 14 day, but it was shipped before, does EVGA still honor this?
Thanks

Did you ordered card on EVGA.com? There was a similar topic not a while ago - no, they will not honor this if card ordered on Amazon. Probably similar for another retailers.

But you still have an option:

If you should happen to miss your 14-day registration window on your qualifying 3 Year Warranty product, then you will need to purchase an extended warranty within 90 days of your original purchase date to enable the Step-Up option.

I think you may have misunderstood. After you reach step 5, and you ship within the 14 day window, but they don't receive it till after the 14 day window.

Sorry, I was misunderstood. From Step-Up description: "You will receive instructions to send your product in, and you will have 14 (fourteen) business days to do so after your payment is verified", technically you have 14 days to send, not to receive by EVGA. I wondering if you have to upload proof of sending/tracking number...

Also, 14 business days - it is 18-20 calendar days, depend when you got you notification.
