I do not see any way to change the amount of time the splash is displayed on startup.
 
I appreciate the fact the option is there to show the splash, letting me know the application has started, but I would like to shorten the length of time it is displayed to, shall we say, 1 to 3 seconds.

    How long is it showing now ?
     
    Probably going to require a Registry hack

    5-10 seconds. Not a long time, I know, but it only needs to be up 2-3 seconds.
     
    Looked through the registry, did not see an entry relating to length of time splash is displayed.
     
    Might have to create an entry. Any idea where and what?
