https://www.overclock3d.net/news/software/sony_s_predator_hunting_grounds_is_coming_to_ps4_and_pc_next_year/1 Sony has announced that Predator: Hunting Grounds will release on both PlayStation 4 and PC in 2020, with Sony Interactive Entertainment acting as the game's PC publisher.
Before now, Sony's Predator was thought to be a PlayStation 4 exclusive, but now we know that the game will release on PC through the Epic Games Store. So far, the game has not been revealed for other PC gaming storefronts.
This marks what could be a new PC era for Sony, where the company forgoes full platform exclusivity for the sake of increased game sales. Rumour has it that Sony has PC release plans for other Sony console exclusives, with insiders suggesting that
Horizon Zero Dawn will soon be announced on PC.
Predator: Hunting ground is an asynchronous multiplayer experience, where a team of four players control a squad of soldiers while another player controls a Predator. Predators will get to select specific pieces of armour and equipment, giving players several unique playstyles which will help keep opponents on their toes.
At the time of writing, Predator: Hunting Grounds has been announced for Windows-powered PC and has a
£31.99 price tag on the Epic Games Store. PC system requirements for the game will be revealed closer to the game's launch.
Here's hoping that the PC launch will have better graphics than the console.
