Can someone recommend a good sleeved power cable that comes with 8 pin x 3 cables that would work with with my FTW 3 , I'm using an EVGA 1000 G2 the original cables that came with it are hideous , I'm also unable to find a cable kit that comes with 3 x 8 Pin connectors on Amazon, Newegg , Best Buy ... , if you can recommend a cable kit for PCI Express 8 pin , Please note , I am aware of cavle mode however they are way too expensive for what they are.

Just be aware that PSU cables are manufacturer-specific.  That means that one that works with your EVGA PSU could fry your GPU if you try to use it with a different manufacturer’s PSU, such as Corsair, Asus, Coolermaster, etc. - and vice versa.  Some of them route the individual wires in a given cable differently than others.  So make sure you get the EVGA cables (since you have an EVGA power supply) and not something cheaper on amazon or whatnot that might not be compatible with your power supply.  You might already be aware of this, but I figured I’d mention it just in case.

I would say that the EVGA made ones are the best you are going to find and the best thing about them is since it's an EVGA power supply with EVGA made cables on a EVGA graphics card you don't have to worry about anything going bad and not being covered in using the sleeved cables.

I got cablemods for my Corsair AX 850. I got 5 cables in total. Three individual 8 pin cables because they were half price and pre-made, one cable with a single sata power connector (for my case fan hub) and one cable with a single molex (for my sound card).
 
If I knew how bad the AX 850's 4+4 cables were I'd probably have also got a replacement for those. In the end though I just had to route them a little oddly but I have a closed side panel so the sleeving was more about getting good cable management and no tangles than looking 100% perfect.
 
I just looked at their site and it seems like they've got cables for your PSU on special at the moment. You could get a basics kit and a extra 8 pin modflex cable for $33 USD plus postage, which isn't a bad price. Only problem is the colours are pretty limited.

extensions don't help if someone wants to go from using two of the daisychained dual 6+2 cables to 3 normal cables.

You have any specific examples? I've never heard of PSU cables being vendor specific. Each block on the PSU corresponds to the plug on the component. If the cable is for a ATX modular PSU, then that's all you need to know.
