https://www.overclock3d.net/news/software/skate_we_re_still_working_on_it_-_sign_up_for_playtesting/1 A new Skate game is coming, and EA has just opened up to game to closed playtesting. Starting today, gamers can now sign up to playtest Skate 4 (name not final), giving fans of the series and opportunity to shape the next Skate game.
Alongside this announcement, EA has also released a video with the tagline "we're still working on it". EA's new Skate game remains far from finished, but the video below showcases the progress that has been made since the last time that EA talked about Skate. It's still early days for EA's new Skate game, but progress is being made and we can see a lot of interesting new additions that will be made with the series' next game.
Below is what EA had to say regarding their new Skate video and the game's closed playtesting.
We told you we’re back, and we’re still working on it - but it’s time for you to see what we’ve been up to. It’s still early, but we want to get this right and that means we want you to be a part of it. As a skate. insider, you have the chance to play early versions of the game and provide feedback throughout our development journey. We need to scale access to skate. gradually as development progresses to ensure a smooth experience, and that means we can’t guarantee how soon you’ll get to play. To find out more about the skate. insider program and playtesting head over to our FAQ here. The skate. insider playtests will be CLOSED playtests for anyone selected to participate. Sharing any videos, captures, screenshots or streaming of anything in the game is prohibited. Please make sure to read the full terms and conditions before signing up. I like the fact that EA has decided to allow playtesting of the game.
