Elite members only huh? That mean's only a small number of people would be able to grab the item, while the "peasants" will be unable to grab it.

Cant anyone that has bought a 1060 to new classify as and elite member? or maybe just limit it to anyone that already has a registered product on their account instead of elite only.


Indeed. "Elite" doesn't really mean "exclusive" or "rare" or "difficult to achieve".

This is a common theme with every website when they get more cards in stock. Goes in stock, site crashes, somehow people/bots snag them all, then my cart is mysteriously empty.

I have faith that they'll get the site working better under heavy load or enough people will give up to alleviate some of the extra stress on the site.

Yeah, I think even Nvidia admitted that the supply of 3090 was expected to be very low in the beginning.
