If Evga was my company.. no doubt I'd go back to phone ordering till we got that web site buttoned up to be bot bought free.
Must be why they haven’t put the 3090 pages up. The site is still going to crash anyway. I have no clue how to use that bot but I may end up resorting to one to get a card. But then again, it may not even be feasible because I can’t just camp at my personal computer all day.

was on the evga website from letsee 6:30am CST thru something like 4:30pm CST. lurked the evga discord for the latest info. got an 3080 FTW3 Ultra into my cart...i was STOKED...20 mins later, cart was emptied for me. didn't happen for me today, but maybe another day.

Having it in your cart doesn't hold it. It's still listed as available inventory until you complete payment. If someone (or something) completes the process before you and there's no other stock to draw from, they get what's in your cart.

If you've been on the site today from morning till evening, you would know the site was sluggish All day. Jacob kept saying they've been working on it all day (futile attempt, but they did). Bots don't hammer a site 24/7. They hammer the site once they detect stock, so explain the slugishness today if EVGA was doing nothing.

I read in another post before the GPU dropped and someone within the company stated that bots wouldn't be an issue. Nothing will change, they are selling product and on super short notice. I just hope I don't run into the same issues when I overpay for a Hybrid.

If bots weren't an issue, they wouldn't be publicly saying they're combimg through orders to cancel bot orders. They either have a bot problem or they don't. I'm pretty sure we all know which it is. Lol
