Signature required add on option is missing

Hi guys, 
I'm setting up my 3070ti(purchased through evga) for step up to a 3090 but when I got to the shipping part, theres no check box for the "signature required" option. Has anyone had a similar problem?

    UPS hasn’t been allowing signature in over a year and a half due to COVID.

    yea I know they don't really require it but if I really do step up to the 3090, I dont want them to leave the box at the door. (UPS did that once and I nearly lost a newegg package). But this is the option I'm looking for
     
    The image above is the step up for my brothers card (3060 ti, which is also eligible for step up). The signature option is there.
    The step up for my card does not show anything. The check box and the line of text is not available.

    Please be aware the option for signature is based on address and as of right now UPS is not authorizing anything for guarantee other than next day air. Even with a signature it still requires the UPS driver to make the judgement to obtain the signature due to COVID. If the item is not a PayPal order you can always contact our team to inquire about a UPS Will Call.
