Hello, for a long time now I keep getting this error. What should I do?? I have also tried from another browser, but no change.
PayPal transaction failure. Please try again later on. (Error) : The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request.

Than I do not know where the problem is...
Maybe Clear your History and Cache in your Browser and Logoff on EVGA's website and PayPal's website. Go back into your Browser and Clear your Cookies and Clear SSL State Restart your computer and then logon to PayPal Exit out and then Logon to EVGA's website and retry your order.

I have had mysterious PayPal errors when trying to pay someone in Canada (I am in the U.S.). This happened when the PayPal method was linked to a bank account rather than a credit card. I tried many times over many days and no luck. The bank account works on purchases from U.S. merchants.
Then I retried the transaction this time using a PayPal method linked to a credit card and it went through right away. The Canadian merchant said this is a problem PayPal knows about, but no other advice or insight.
Could this be your problem?

I hope I am not too late for that subject, but to buy from EVGA - at least now - you MUST have the next
- Actual Home address in US, not a forward one, they already know them all I guess.
- Actual payment method issued from USA, even an international Paypal won't do, you need it to be associated with a US address.
- your IP when you place the order is inside of the USA, anything else you will hit the Paypal 400 Error.
That's my fresh experience, hope you all find it useful.

You would need to contact customer support but if the IP address isn’t in America it could cause problems unless you are like someone stationed outside of America on a base. Call support with the queue notification pulled up and explain the situation and they can look into why you might have trouble. Also keep in mind you need to log onto the EVGA website when you try to order.

your not the only one im been trying to buy the z20 and the x15 for the last 6 days now from the eu site cause im in the uk and on paypal it gives a error saying the merchant is not able to take payments have phoned the customer support twice and they said it should be fixed today but didnt give a time

i hope that they get sorted soon cause otherwise im be looking at other company's to go with cause u cant buy the keyboards and mouse in the uk only can get the mouse on newegg but they dont have the uk version of the keyboard
