I'm interested in the benefits of "Elite" membership, and I own a qualifying product (GTX 1070 FTW2).  I can produce the Newegg invoice for my purchase of this product upon demand (dated 2/14/2017 and issued by Newegg itself, not a 3rd party), but unfortunately there is no "product identification sticker" present on the card and I no longer have the retail box.  Do I have any options remaining to me?

I also still have and use an EVGA GTX 760 (also a Newegg purchase from back when they didn't suck) on a backup rig, so I'm a reasonably loyal customer

You can try and get the serial number from the from the GPU itself.  Here is an old post that gives more information in the 10 series family:  https://forums.evga.com/FindPost/2548024.

    Good luck.

Thank you for the suggestion, but I had already read the contents of that thread prior to creating this one.  As stated in my original post, the GPU no longer has the relevant "sticker" on it (no idea what became of it, it is possible I foolishly removed it for aesthetic reasons when I built the system, but I genuinely just don't remember either way), and sadly the Newegg invoice doesn't have a serial number included on it.

Apologies, the card is installed in my small business's "server" (the unit pulls double duty, business during the day, personal at night), and as such, I can't currently power it down.  So these are the best pictures I can manage currently.  Err.. nevermind. I'm not authorized to link pictures here on the forums yet anyway...Hmm...

Only one very small sticker on the backplate.  Its of the "warranty void if removed" type.

However, I can see a very small sticker on the underside of the fan shroud.  I will investigate this latter today when I can power down the unit.  Thank you for the guidance.

The card does have a sticker above the PCI slot pins.

However, the "number" on this sticker begins with 2 letters followed by 14 numerical digits.  The two letters cannot be entered in the editable field on the product registration page, and the 14 digits are rejected by the registration process as invalid for the product in  question (08G-P4-6676-KR per Newegg invoice)

Yeah, thats not it. There should be a half black, half white sticker to the left of that one that has the serial on it. That number there may be the async number but im not entirely sure. Youre going to have to talk to someone at evga and see if they can help you out with this but with no serials its tough. Usually the pcb has evga printed on it also and some other things that are very particular to them that they will be looking for. Good luck to you though.

Thank you everyone for the assistance.  I had hoped an EVGA employee might see this thread and render assistance, but the issue is now moot.  I'm building a new system from ground up for the first time in about a decade.  As such, I was in need a of new larger power supply.  I had planned on trying to snag one of the Seasonic built 1000w units on Black Friday, but I happened to notice an EVGA Supernova 1000 P3 with pretty good discounts available on the EVGA store not long ago and decided to kill two birds with one stone.  I am now l33t (ish)

Unfortunately, the smaller sticker near the PCIe gold fingers was not included on cards prior to the 20 series. Without the original serial number sticker on the card itself and without the box, it is likely not possible to register the product, however you may be able to contact Newegg, to see if they recorded the serial number when shipping the item, to see if they are able to provide it for you to register the product.
