Seagate has been making hard drives for the Xbox for quite a while and that was followed by SSDs. Now Seagate has the big 2TB SSD model available with USB 3.0 speed. MSRP of $600 (2TB capacity), $300 (1TB capacity), and $150 (500GB capacity). I think the price is fair and reasonable.

Seems like a lot of storage for an optical based gaming platform. I don't even use 500gigs with multiple games installed on my PC.

Really very unreasonable when you consider how games are made for the Xbox One. Xbox and PS4 do a very good job for the most part in hiding loading screens during cut scenes or other events to made the load time every slim. Also when you start a game it will first check Xbox Live to see if you have a cloud based save file. $600 for 2TB PC would be pretty reasonable but consoles I kind of feel it is a waste since the games are built expecting a HDD.
