Screw sizes for GTX 980 Ti reference card

So I'm missing a quite a bit of screws to mount my stock cooler back on the reference design GTX 980 Ti.
 
Anyone know the exact sizes for the screws for the backside of the PCB and the PCI bracket?
 
I believe the screws (red circles) for the backside of the PCB seems like m2.5 but I'm getting mix info on the length. I am not sure about the PCI bracket screws (green circles).
 
The gpu spring loaded screws, I think I would have better luck finding it on ebay.
 
I'm currently outside the USA atm and I don't think EVGA's awesome support can reach me out here. Just hoping I can get the info and find some local hardware store with the exact screws.

    Yea. You need to contact EVGA customer support. They helped me out with the replacement screws =)
     
    When I get back to the States next week, I can check the physical size.
