Screen flickering badly

Good day, I just installed the latest version of precision X and I’ve been trying to use it with Prepared 3D V5.1 direct X 12. It runs fine and I got my OSD until I change from full screen to windows mode and then the screen flickers terrible. Seems like it’s only direct 12 maybe because when I use it with an older version of Prepared 3D with DX 11 this doesn’t happen. Any ideas what may be going on here? I got all drivers and windows up to date so this is a head scratcher. I’m running a 1080ti and a 9700K

    update firmware, troubleshoot, update drivers, if nothing works send message to evga support
