Sapphire officially announces their RX Vega Nitro+ series of graphics cards

The Vega Nitro + will release with RX Vega 56 and 64 counterparts, each of which offers a significant clock speed advantage over AMD's reference models. However AMD prohibits memory overclocking from its partners.
