SR-2 with two CLC 280s

I have an SR-2 with both CLC USB cables plugged into the respective USB headers.
 
In device manager it shows two, however Flow control and LED sync only allow me to use one at a time.
 
Is this a software issue or limitation?

Main Rig
Intel Xeon W3690, EVGA CLC280, 32GB G Skill Trident X 2133mhz/2400mhz, EVGA X58 Classified (E770), 780 Ti K|NGP|N Edition (2-way SLI), Asus ROG Thor, Noctis 450 ROG edition

    I'm guessing the software is confused
     
    Try two installs in different directories & name the root folder different for the second install
