Almost 3 weeks ago I opened an rma for a 2080 ftw3 video card that made fake boot, I spent 40€ of insured courier to be able to send it to the technical service. Evga took charge of the video card and sent me another one. On November 20th unfortunately when the new video card arrived I had a bitter surprise, the same made artifacts in the normal use of the browser and some program, it did not start the games even those that depend on the CPU. I immediately contacted the evga, but after a week I have not yet received a response. What else can I do? Unfortunately I don't speak English and so it hurts me to make a phone call (although I don't think they will answer).
